Sales & Marketing Manager (Orange City, IA)

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for learning, developing and implementing sales and marketing programs and strategies that promote business growth and development. Learn and assist with sales and marketing tasks while contributing to the team’s overall success. Drive business growth through customer engagement, lead generation, market research, campaign development, and relationship management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Sales Activities

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities (contractors, airports, municipalities, counties, and states).
  • Support in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP & tenders) and preparing and reviewing product proposals, sales quotes, bids, and presentations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, qualify, and work with reps to follow up on leads and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system and run reports.

Marketing Activities

  • Help plan and execute digital and print marketing campaigns to promote our equipment.
  • Assist in developing technical content, case studies, and product brochures.
  • Lead event coordination for trade shows, exhibitions, and on-site demos.
  • Manage social media posts, email marketing, and update website content related to products and services.
  • Develop, manage & report on various corporate initiated surveys, including Customer Satisfaction, Quality& Service, Product Development, etc.
  • Work closely with creative agencies on business needs, print ads, digital ads, videography, photography, website design, etc. Keep our corporate image presentation clear, concise, and relevant with our markets.
  • Organize and keep current sales and marketing digital files and folders updated.

Product & Service Development

  • Member of the product development team suggesting product market needs and assisting with progress and launch.
  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, products, best practices and customer needs.
  • Overall responsibility and oversight for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Assist in creating product videos and photo shoots of equipment in use.

Training & Development

  • Participate in training programs and shadow field sales reps to develop skills.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and marketing goals. Identify and address challenges related to sales and marketing efforts.
  • Complete all apprenticeship learning requirements.
  • Gain familiarity with advertising, CRM, email marketing, and product catalog and literature development.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Learn and review sales & marketing current tools such as Global Shop (ERP) CRM, Matterport, Configure One (Configure, Price, Quote – DeZiner) software and determine if there are more efficient and affordable tools and methods to conduct business.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing / Sales, Business Administration / Management / Economics, Communications, or related field. Education may be offset with related proficient experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Administration, Manufacturing.
  • 4+ years leadership and project management experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM software.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Testing & Mechanical Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

This individual will have as the primary duty the final Testing of vehicles. This individual will also assist with final assembly in both the Orange City and Hull facilities as needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for final Testing of vehicles
    • Technical support and troubleshooting mechanical issues at any stage
  • Responsible for maintaining efficient and safe shop in the Testing area
  • Document, pack, and prepare finished projects for shipping
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Maintain a positive desire to serve others and help everyone succeed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong Mechanical background
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication preferred.
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Attitude of a Servant toward others
