Assembly Production Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

Automotive Electrical technicians help create, maintain and repair the electronic components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves DC electricity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Install, maintain and repair electrical, electromechanical and electronic parts of machinery and
  • equipment.
  • Perform defensive repair for electronic and electrical systems, equipment and devices.
  • Test solid-state circuitry to determine defective components in analog and digital equipment along with defective parts replacement.
  • Install improvements and major upgrades to DC automotive systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Plan and prepare work orders or instructions utilizing blueprints, sketches and drawings.

  • Ability to follow basic instructions product assembly flow diagrams and blueprints

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree in Automotive Mechanic a plus
  • Experience with DC wiring
  • Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience fabricating, assembling, and installing wire harnesses
  • Experience installing electrical panels
  • Experience with troubleshooting a variety of systems.
  • Requires walking, sitting, or standing for extended periods of time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Warehouse Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

Warehouse Specialist perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage the count and location of inventory materials purchased and manufactured in both EZ-Liner manufacturing plants
  • Ensures the proper PO receipts for products received into the warehouse
  • Supervise the shipping and receiving process in the warehouse
  • Close product purchase orders prior to shipments.
  • Oversee the truck and midsize shipping processes
  • Pick product and generate packing lists for customer parts orders.
  • Coordinate with shipping vendors for consistent pick up/drop off timelines
  • Assist with proper inventory counts, as needed
  • Stages completed parts from one operation to another
  • Complete the WHSE issue and pick transactions
  • Maintain a clean warehouse at all times
  • Prepping, documenting, loading, and unloading of the plant transfer truck

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
  • Dependable and Reliable
  • Ability to lift objects 50 lbs. or more
  • Familiar with warehouse and standard inventory practices and methods

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
  • Forklift operator experience required
