- (3) ASME certified 275 gallon capacity material tanks with glycol heated tank bottoms
- (1) 20 gallon A.S.M.E. certified stainless steel solvent tank to flush guns
Material Delivery, Heat System and Plumbing
- Material recirculation system that delivers material back to the top of the material tank to keep the material at a consistent temperature
- Recirculation valves (electric over air) mounted on carts, minimizing hose distance to gun when the recirc valves are shut before spraying
- (2) large dual-readout pressure gauges to monitor the catalyst and resin pressures as well as redundant gauges for backup
- Diesel fired burner mated to boiler to heat glycol circulation system. Dedicated to heat the resin
- Air driven water pump for consistent glycol circulation
- Each color has own thermostat to optimize heating efficiency if only one color being used
- 2-pass tube in shell heat exchanger for each resin color
- Diesel fired Webasto heat/pump system dedicated to heating the catalyst
- Thermostatically controlled from central console
- 4-pass tube in shell heat exchanger for catalyst
- Heated hose wrapped material piping from tank bottoms into heat exchanger bottoms (wye-strainer drains at low point for each tank)
- Heat exchanger and pumps mounted to common tower, minimizing unheated hose lengths
- Load hoses remain attached to load pumps and store under the truck bed on the driver’s side fender
